- HHM named Shawn Tuli and Dani Elhachem managing partners.
- They will continue as CIO and COO.
- Focus areas include growth, operations and technology.
Shawn Tuli and Dani Elhachem are now managing partners of HHM Hotels while continuing as chief investment officer and chief operating officer, respectively. Their priorities include revenue generation, distribution, lifestyle operations, F&B and technology platforms to drive margins and scalability.
In their expanded roles, Tuli and Elhachem will continue to focus on leadership development and organizational capabilities, HHM said in a statement.
"Our founding partners established the managing partner designation to represent a shift from functional leadership to shared stewardship and long-term accountability for the success of our company, our team and our owners," said Naveen Kakarla, HHM president and CEO. "I have worked alongside Shawn and Dani for decades and their elevation is both natural and well deserved. I have no doubt in their ability and focus on building the teams, systems and capabilities required to maintain our growth and outperform on behalf of our owners."
Philadelphia-based HHM is a hotel management and investment company that operates hotels and resorts across the U.S. and Canada, including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and IHG properties and more than 50 independent hotels.
Tuli has led HHM Hotels' growth strategy for more than 12 years, building its joint-venture investment and asset-management platforms and securing financial investors, the statement said. He will continue to lead growth strategy while focusing more on company culture.
Elhachem led the development of HHM Hotels' operating platform and expanded its luxury and lifestyle, distribution and commercial and strategic operations departments.
In 2023, HHM launched Echelon Luxury & Lifestyle, a division focused on independent hotels and brands. Echelon includes more than 50 hotels and resorts within HHM Hotels' portfolio of 240 managed properties.
