Brooks Crowley is now PRISM’s vice president of acquisitions for PRISM Upmarket. In this role, Crowley will lead acquisition strategy for upmarket hotels, beginning on the East Coast, across its hospitality brands.

He has held roles at Capstone Equities, Sonder, The Olayan Group, Harbor Group International and The Durst Organization, where he executed transactions in New York City, PRISM said in a statement. At Sonder, he sourced and closed units across the city and the East Coast.

"Brooks brings a rare combination of institutional real estate and hospitality operating expertise," said Ankit Tandon, PRISM’s global COO. "His track record closing complex transactions in one of the world’s most competitive markets will be instrumental as we execute our upmarket strategy."

PRISM, a global hospitality technology firm led by Founder and Group CEO Ritesh Agarwal, owns G6 Hospitality, the parent company of the Studio 6 and Motel 6 brands.

The appointment supports PRISM’s expansion in the U.S. upmarket segment, where it also operates The Dutch and Court Square in Long Island City, Queens, New York, and The Louie Hotel in New Orleans, the statement said. He will work with the company’s global leadership team to expand PRISM’s hospitality platform in the U.S.

G6 CEO Sonal Sinha stepped down after 14 months. The company promoted Nikhil Heda to U.S. country head and expanded Anuj Ladha’s role as head of brand performance. It also received SEBI approval for its proposed $696 million IPO after filing a confidential draft red herring prospectus in December 2025.
