PEACHTREE GROUP IS using Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.’s Goldman Sachs Custody Solutions to expand access to its alternative investment offerings. Peachtree’s investment products will now be available on the platform.

GSCS, a custodial platform for institutional investors, will give registered investment advisors and their clients access to Peachtree’s real estate and credit strategies, Peachtree said in a statement.

“This partnership is a key milestone in making Peachtree’s private commercial real estate strategies more accessible to independent advisors,” said Brian Cho, Peachtree’s president and senior vice president of investor relations and operations. “Through GSCS, advisors can now access our offerings on a custody platform with onboarding, reporting and operations for their high-net-worth clients.”

Peachtree, with more than $10 billion in committed capital under management, continues to expand its distribution channels to meet demand for alternative investments, the statement said. Its investment vehicles are also available through platforms including iCapital, SEI marketplaces and CAIS, giving investors access to Peachtree’s platform spanning private credit, real estate development and special situations investing.

In April, Peachtree acquired more than $330 million in loans year to date from U.S. banks and private lenders, including a lender-financed transaction secured by loan portfolios. Its 2026 volume follows about $570 million in loan acquisitions in 2025.
