Tempo by Hilton Savannah Historic District is open in Savannah, Georgia. The 148-room hotel is owned and developed by Noble Investment Group and managed by McKibbon Hospitality.

The hotel is off Reynolds Square near the Savannah River, with access to the Historic District’s attractions, the Savannah Convention Center and the Port of Savannah, Noble said in a statement.

“Savannah is a market defined by structural scarcity and durable demand—the conditions under which we have consistently created value for our investors,” said Ben Brunt, Noble’s chief investment officer. “This opening reflects the discipline that has guided our platform: the right markets, the right brands and the operational rigor to deliver through every point in the cycle.”

Savannah attracts nearly 15 million visitors annually, contributing more than $4 billion to the local economy, the company said. The market shows demand across leisure, group and corporate travel, driven by the city’s history, convention center, events and population growth across Coastal Georgia.

The LEED-certified hotel has guestrooms with a “Get Ready Zone,” mirrors with Bluetooth speakers, Apotheke bath products and Sealy Accelerate mattresses. Peloton Suites include an in-room bike, yoga mats and resistance bands. The hotel also has a fitness center, more than 3,000 square feet of meeting space, Waving Girl Rooftop and Bluestone Lane Café.

Kevin Morgan, Tempo by Hilton’s global brand head and vice president, said the brand is designed for travelers who want to maintain routines and make the most of their trips.

“As our first Tempo property in Georgia, this opening marks a step in the brand’s growth as we expand into destinations like Savannah, where guests can balance productivity, relaxation and exploration,” he said.

In March, Noble acquired the 214-room Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel & Spa in Reno, Nevada. The Atlanta-based company is led by CEO Mit Shah.
