NM HOSPITALITY ACQUIRED the EVEN Hotel Pittsburgh Downtown in Pittsburgh. Terms were not disclosed.
The hotel is in the Koffman Building in Pittsburgh’s Central Business District, NM Hospitality said in a statement. The property brings IHG’s wellness-focused concept to the building.
Gettysburg, Pennsylvania-based NM Hospitality is led by Principal Sapan Mehta.

NM Hospitality plans to continue investing in the EVEN Hotel Pittsburgh Downtown, supporting its wellness-focused hospitality concept while preserving the Koffman Building’s historic character.
Mehta said Pittsburgh continues to prove itself as a leading U.S. city, citing its business community and revitalized downtown.
Separately, Keshav Management recently acquired the 127-key Hyatt Place Pensacola Airport in Pensacola, Florida.
