STONEBRIDGE COS. WILL manage The Anthem Los Angeles Stadium District, Tapestry by Hilton, in Los Angeles. The company will use its operating platform for revenue management, sales, e-commerce and digital, F&B strategy and labor optimization to drive profitability and long-term asset value.
The 179-room property is in Inglewood’s Stadium District on Century Boulevard, adjacent to Intuit Dome and near SoFi Stadium, Kia Forum and YouTube Theater, Stonebridge said in a statement. The Anthem joined Hilton’s Tapestry Collection following a renovation, positioning it within a brand of independent hotels with a local identity.
Stonebridge, based in Denver and founded by Navin Dimond, is led by CEO Rob Smith.
“The Anthem aligns with our focus on high-barrier, event-driven markets, where we can drive performance through disciplined operations and a strong commercial approach,” said Smith. “With multiple demand channels and a repositioned asset, we see an opportunity to optimize performance and build long-term value for ownership.”
The hotel features an outdoor pool, fitness center, indoor/outdoor event space and a restaurant and rooftop bar with live performances and skyline views, the statement said.
The addition expands Stonebridge’s presence in the lifestyle and independent segment, complementing a portfolio of luxury, resort, full-service and select-service hotels across more than 25 states, the statement said. The company continues to target opportunities where active management and operational discipline can unlock value for ownership.
Separately, Stonebridge will manage a Kimpton hotel under development in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. The 216-room property, developed by The Domain Cos., is expected to open in early 2028.
