HIHOTELS BY HOSPITALITY International launched a five-month initiative called “hi5 to America's 250th”, timed to the country's upcoming 250th anniversary. The program runs from July through November and focuses on franchisee loyalty and guest engagement.
The initiative offers several incentives for existing and new franchise owners, hihotels said in a statement.

"Our approach has always been to offer hotel owners the strength of a national brand while preserving the freedom to run their businesses their way," said Chris Guimbellot, hihotels’ president and CEO. "This program rewards their loyalty and welcomes other owners who value autonomy."

The five franchisees who enroll the most new members, at least 50, in the company's guest rewards program will each receive a $250 award. Franchisees whose referrals convert to a signed franchise agreement during the promotional period will receive an additional $250 bonus on top of the standard $2,000 referral amount.

New hoteliers who join a hihotels brand during the period will receive 250 days without royalty fees, along with the option of a $10,000 incentive or a sign credit.

Guimbellot added that hoteliers reflect the resilience and determination which helped shape this country.

Separately, hihotels added three franchise conversion properties in Louisiana, Texas and New Jersey earlier this year, strengthening its portfolio and franchisee referral network.
