VECTOR HOSPITALITY, INC. broke ground on the 123-room Hampton Inn Atlanta Kennesaw NW/Town Center in Atlanta. The hotel is scheduled to open in summer 2027.
The property in Cobb County is near Kennesaw State University, Town Center at Cobb, Truist Park, Midtown and Downtown Atlanta, Vector said in a statement. It is also near corporate offices, retail and entertainment venues across the region.
“Breaking ground on this project is especially meaningful for our team as Kennesaw and Cobb County have been an important part of our hospitality roots for nearly two decades,” said Aman Patel, Vector president. “We continue to see long-term growth in this corridor, driven by business activity, tourism and connectivity to major Atlanta destinations. We are excited to bring another Hilton product to this market while continuing to invest in the community’s future.”
The project comes amid growth in Kennesaw and Town Center driven by corporate expansion, residential development, higher education and tourism in northwest metro Atlanta, the statement said. The project is expected to support this growth and create jobs during construction and operations.
Atlanta-based Vector, founded in 2021 by Patel, traces its roots to 1978. It has a pipeline of select-service and full-service hotels affiliated with Hilton and Marriott brands.
In February, Vector and Eraa Hospitality opened the 91-key Home2 Suites by Hilton Conyers Atlanta in Conyers, Georgia.
