STONEBRIDGE COS. WILL manage the JW Marriott Atlanta Downtown. The 237-key hotel was formerly the W Atlanta Downtown.
The hotel is near Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the Georgia Aquarium and Centennial Olympic Park, Stonebridge said in a statement. It features redesigned guestrooms and suites, upgraded meeting and event spaces, new food-and-beverage concepts, an executive lounge and wellness amenities.
The property includes a rooftop pool, fitness center, business center, full-service spa, executive lounge and multiple food-and-beverage venues, the statement said. It also offers more than 15,000 square feet of meeting and event space across eight venues.
Stonebridge, based in Denver and founded by Navin Dimond, is led by CEO Rob Smith.

Separately, Stonebridge will manage The Anthem Los Angeles Stadium District, Tapestry by Hilton, in Los Angeles. It will apply its operating platform across revenue management, sales, e-commerce and digital, F&B strategy and labor optimization to drive profitability and asset value.
