- Brand USA launched global U.S. travel info platform.
- Toolkit covers visa, entry, fees, arrival processes.
- The organization said marketing generated 11.3M visitors in 13 years.
BRAND USA UNVEILED a global resource platform for travel advisors, tour operators, airlines, destination marketers and other stakeholders to provide verified information about travel to the U.S. The toolkit addresses visa requirements, entry procedures, travel fees and arrival processes, while also providing approved messaging, creative assets and access to official information sources.
The initiative, “Get Facts. Get Going,” was launched as part of efforts to strengthen traveler confidence and improve access to accurate travel guidance, Brand USA said in a statement. The initiative is intended as an always-on platform that is updated over time with travel information and guidance.
“The travel trade is one of our most important partners in inspiring international travel to the U.S.,” said Malcolm Smith, Brand USA senior vice president, global markets and chief trade and product development officer. “‘Get Facts. Get Going.’ provides travelers with clear, reliable information, and this toolkit extends that effort by putting those resources directly into the hands of industry professionals travelers trust most.”
Brand USA said travel advisors, tour operators and destination partners are often among the first sources consulted by travelers when planning international trips. The organization said the toolkit will support consistent communication across digital platforms, social media channels, newsletters and customer interactions.
The resource package includes approved marketing copy, campaign logos, a 30-second promotional video, social media content, creative assets, photography guidelines and other communication materials. All assets direct users to an online platform with verified travel information and links to official government sources. The resources are available in multiple languages for global markets.
Brand USA also is encouraging partners to use the materials in websites, FAQ sections, social media campaigns, trade communications and media outreach programmes. The organization said the platform is intended to support travel planning and preparedness, not to provide legal, immigration, or policy advice.
The launch comes as destinations focus on traveler confidence and information transparency as drivers of international tourism recovery and growth. Brand USA said the platform will expand with additional resources and guidance as traveler needs evolve.
According to Brand USA, its marketing efforts have generated more than 11.3 million international visitors to the U.S. over the past 13 years, contributing $82.9 billion in economic impact and supporting more than 40,000 jobs annually across the country.
In October, Brand USA launched “America the Beautiful,” a global tourism campaign to increase international visitation and hotel demand, announced at Brand USA Travel Week U.K. & Europe 2025 in London.
