Signature Inn Mountain View is open in Mountain View, California. The 31-key property is owned by Mehul Patel.
The hotel is in Silicon Valley, near Google’s headquarters, Castro Street and Shoreline Park, Sonesta International Hotels Corp. said in a statement.
“Signature Inn Mountain View is a testament to Sonesta’s strong presence and continued growth in sought-after destinations,” said Keith Pierce, Sonesta’s co-CEO. “This hotel will provide a dependable, affordable retro experience for travelers through Santa Clara County.”
Signature Inn competes with upper-economy and midscale hotels in road trip destinations, coastal towns and urban locations, the statement said. Guests can earn or redeem points through the Sonesta Travel Pass loyalty program.
Sonesta is the 8th-largest U.S. hotel company, with about 1,100 properties and 100,000 guest rooms across 13 brands in 10 countries, the company said, citing STR data. The company opened 29 properties worldwide in the second half of 2025, including 24 in the U.S., adding to more than 100 hotels sold to new ownership groups in the same period.
