Dual-branded Home2 Suites by Hilton Chattanooga West/Lookout Mountain and Tru by Hilton Chattanooga West/Lookout Mountain are now open in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The opening marks completion of the first phase of the Vision Hospitality Group’s mixed-use development in the city.

The five-story, 150-key hotel is near downtown Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain and includes 82 Home2 Suites accommodations and 68 Tru by Hilton guestrooms, VHG said in a statement.

The hotel features an outdoor aquatic area with a freeform pool, waterslide, poolside bar and fitness center, the statement said. It anchors VHG’s nearly 10-acre mixed-use development, which will include restaurants and retail along the Chattanooga West corridor.

Chattanooga-based VHG, founded in 1997 and led by Founder and CEO Mitch Patel, operates more than 40 hotels under Hilton, Marriott International, Hyatt Hotels Corp. and IHG Hotels & Resorts brands.

"This project reflects our continued commitment to development in markets we know well," said Patel. "We're proud to bring this hotel to our hometown and continue investing in Chattanooga's growth. We appreciate the partnership with Hilton and everyone who helped make this project a reality."

In June, VHG broke ground on the 148-room AC Hotel in Chattanooga, scheduled to open in spring 2028.
