Z by Regenta is a lifestyle brand aimed at younger travelers, focusing on design, digital features and affordable pricing, according to the company.
The property is in Vastrapur, between Himalaya Mall and Vastrapur Lake, about 15 kilometers from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport. It is also 10 kilometers from Ahmedabad Railway Station and seven kilometers from the State Transport Bus Stand .The nearby places include Sabarmati Ashram, Kankaria Lake, Akshardham Temple and Ahmedabad One Mall.
The property includes 42 deluxe rooms and one suite, with amenities including workstations. It also offers two conference halls, one seating up to 200 guests and another up to 100, for corporate events and social gatherings.

PrimeStay was founded by four partners including three promoters of Ahmedabad-based telecom infrastructure firm Wireless Teleinfra Private Limited and a hotelier with more than 15 years of industry experience.
Promoters of PrimeStay said they were delighted to partner with ROHL to introduce Z by Regenta.

ROHL recently partnered with Mokkshi Hospitality & Services to develop the 43-key Regenta Place Udaipur in Rajasthan.
