- Peachtree entered the Inc. 5000 again.
- It has more than 3,700 employees.
- It follows its PERE Credit 100 inclusion.
PEACHTREE GROUP ENTERED the 2025 Inc. 5000 list for the fourth consecutive year. It ranked 3,831, with three-year revenue growth of about 67 percent.
The Inc. 5000 recognition follows Peachtree’s inclusion in the inaugural PERE Credit 100 earlier this year, Peachtree said in a statement. The ranking measures private real estate credit managers by institutional capital raised over the previous five years.
“We’re grateful for the recognition, but what I’m most proud of is the ecosystem behind it,” said Greg Friedman, Peachtree managing principal and CEO. “We’ve built a place where someone can start in one division and build an entire career here, moving from real estate into credit, from underwriting into hotel operations, from analyst to principal, without ever having to leave.”
Only about 30 percent of companies on high-growth rankings appear again the following year, research from Stanford Graduate School of Business and IESE Business School found. About 3 percent would be expected to appear for four consecutive years.
Atlanta-based Peachtree is led by Friedman, Principal and CFO Jatin Desai, and Principal Mitul Patel. Its capabilities include credit, equity, development, asset management and property management. The firm has more than 3,700 employees across its investment, lending, development and hospitality businesses, with about 10 percent of open roles filled internally over the past year.
Friedman said the Inc. 5000 recognizes Peachtree’s ability to scale its business, while the PERE Credit 100 reflects its commercial real estate credit platform.
“Both recognitions reveal the same foundation, a team that has earned the confidence of our investors and our partners,” he said.
Separately, Peachtree recently originated a $150 million bridge loan to refinance four hotels with 997 keys at Flamingo Crossings Town Center in Winter Garden, Florida. The financing is the largest senior bridge loan in the firm’s history.
