KABANI HOTEL GROUP will host its 10th Annual Hotel Investment Forum on Oct. 29 at the JW Marriott Marquis Miami in Miami. The event will bring together hotel owners, investors, developers, operators, lenders, brands and advisors.
The conference will cover hospitality investment and operations, Kabani said in a statement. Topics include artificial intelligence, capital markets, lending, hotel operations, revenue management, guest experience, risk management and investment opportunities ahead of 2027.
“For the past decade, this forum has brought together hospitality owners, investors, developers, lenders, brands and operators for conversations, insights and opportunities,” said Ahmed Kabani, founder and CEO of Kabani. “This year’s forum will be meaningful as we mark 10 years of building relationships, sharing market perspectives and creating a platform where deals and ideas move forward.”
Greg Friedman, Peachtree Group co-founder, managing principal and CEO, will deliver the opening hospitality outlook and discuss capital markets, lending conditions and investment strategy.
Karim Alibhai, Gencom founder and principal, will join a session on hotel ownership, development, market cycles and transaction activity. The discussion will examine investment and development conditions across the hotel sector.
Other confirmed speakers include Russ Shattan of MCR, Zack Gharib of Red Roof, Tim Muir of TPG Hotels & Resorts, Laura Lee Blake of AAHOA, Daniel Lesser of LW Hospitality Advisors and Samantha Ahuja of Greenberg Traurig.
The speaker lineup also includes Clay Dickinson of Florida International University, Vinay Rama of Mandala Holdings, John Lancet of HVS and Pranav Bhakta of Driftwood Capital.
More than 300 hotel owners, investors, developers, lenders and executives attended Kabani Hotel Group’s 9th Annual Hotel Investment Forum at the JW Marriott Marquis Miami. The forum provided a platform for collaboration and business opportunities.
