Nehali Patel is the new director of asset management at Noble Investment Group. She will oversee asset performance across the company’s portfolio of more than 200 hotels.

She joins from TPG Hotels and Resorts, where she oversaw performance for a national hotel portfolio, Noble said in a statement. Patel previously held leadership roles at PeachState Hospitality and Marriott International.

“Nehali has a track record of turning operational discipline into measurable results, from opening hotels to driving portfolio-wide gains in revenue and guest satisfaction,” said Steven Nicholas, Noble’s managing principal and head of asset management. “That operating rigor is what turns strategy into cash flow.”

In her new role, Patel will work with the company’s operating teams on portfolio performance, revenue growth, operating efficiency and asset value.

Patel said Noble’s approach links investment discipline with asset-level execution.

“I look forward to working alongside the team to drive performance across the portfolio,” she said.

Atlanta-based Noble is led by CEO Mit Shah.

In August, Noble named Matt Noland director of capital markets.
