The 106-key Courtyard by Marriott Ghaziabad is now open in Uttar Pradesh, India. The opening marks the Marriott International brand’s debut in the Delhi NCR’s growing commercial and residential corridor.
The hotel is in Rajnagar Extension, Ghaziabad, Marriott said in a statement. It is about an hour from Indira Gandhi International Airport, 15 minutes from Anand Vihar Bus Terminal and 20 minutes from Ghaziabad Railway Station.

It offers access to Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida and Meerut through expressways, national highways and the Delhi-Meerut Rapid Rail Transit System. It is also close to offices, industrial areas, schools, hospitals and attractions such as Akshardham Temple.

The hotel includes an all-day restaurant, a lobby lounge and bar, an outdoor pool, a fitness center and a spa. It also has more than 8,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including a 5,100-square-foot ballroom.

“We are delighted to introduce the Courtyard by Marriott experience to Ghaziabad and welcome guests to a hotel designed around the way people travel today,” said Praveen Sharma, manager of the new hotel. “Whether visiting for business, celebrating life's special moments or enjoying time with family, guests will find thoughtfully designed spaces, warm and intuitive service, that will make every stay comfortable. We also look forward to becoming an integral part of Ghaziabad's growing community and a destination where travelers and locals alike can gather, connect and celebrate.”

Kiran Andicot, Marriott’s senior vice president said Ghaziabad is playing a growing role in business, infrastructure development and domestic travel in the Delhi NCR region.

“As the city grows into a thriving commercial and residential destination, we see a strong opportunity for the Courtyard by Marriott brand which has long been trusted by ambitious travelers seeking comfort and style,” he said.
