CHOICE HOTELS INTERNATIONAL opened four Sleep Inn properties under the Scenic Dreams prototype. The hotels are in Ashland City and Savannah, Tennessee; Middletown, Pennsylvania; and Henderson, Nevada.
The design combines nature-inspired elements, operational efficiency and guest wellbeing, with early results showing stronger performance, Choice said in a statement. Renovated hotels report a RevPAR premium of plus 1.71 and properties with most upgrades completed ended 2025 with an average LTR of 8.36, up 0.25 year over year.
“At the heart of Scenic Dreams is a simple idea: helping guests truly rest and reset,” said Mallory Enos, Choice’s head of midscale brand strategy and management. “These new Sleep Inn hotels bring together calming, thoughtfully designed spaces and innovative sleep solutions—while also offering a smart, efficient prototype that’s designed to perform for owners—delivering a refreshed stay experience that feels intentional, modern and grounded in wellbeing.”
Designed for owners, the Scenic Dreams prototype pairs design updates with low development and operating costs, the company said. Its building footprints and back-of-house layouts simplify construction, reduce operating expenses and support owner economics.
The latest additions to the Sleep Inn portfolio include four properties. Sleep Inn & Suites Ashland City, opened in September as the first new-construction hotel using the Scenic Dreams prototype. Sleep Inn & Suites Middletown, a dual-brand property, opened in March near Penn State Harrisburg, Harrisburg International Airport and the Capitol District and is within 10 miles of Hershey attractions.
Sleep Inn & Suites Henderson is scheduled to open in mid-April near Las Vegas, between city attractions and Lake Mead, about six miles from Harry Reid International Airport. Sleep Inn & Suites Savannah is also scheduled to open in mid-April; the 82-room property is located in downtown Savannah along the Tennessee River, near Shiloh National Military Park and Pickwick Lake.
Choice’s Ascend Collection reached 500 properties with openings including The Harrison Hotel in Hollywood, Florida and The Gould Hotel in Seneca Falls, New York. The brand has a pipeline of 70 properties in the U.S. and international markets.
