STONEBRIDGE COS. SELECTED Otelier as its planning and analytics platform. It will deploy the suite, including TruePlan for budgeting and forecasting, IntelliSight for business intelligence, Rec for financial reconciliations and DigiAudit for night audit compliance and storage.
The rollout includes transitioning part of its acquired portfolio from a legacy system to Otelier, Stonebridge said in a statement. The solutions will reduce fragmentation, improve data accuracy and provide a foundation for automation and AI-driven insights to improve operations and guest experience.
“At Stonebridge, we are looking for ways to operate more efficiently while maintaining the standards our guests, team members and owners expect,” said Chris Cheney, executive vice president, commercial strategy. “By standardizing on Otelier, we’re aligning our portfolio on a platform that improves visibility and reduces manual processes, while positioning us for the next generation of automation and AI-driven insights.”
TruePlan will replace spreadsheet processes and legacy systems with a driver-based approach to budgeting and forecasting, the statement said. IntelliSight will centralize operational and financial data across systems, delivering reporting and transaction-level visibility. Rec will automate accounting workflows, including income journaling and reconciliations across credit cards, OTAs, sales tax and other revenue streams. DigiAudit will provide a digital repository for nightly reports, replacing paper and manual processes with standardized workflows.
Rob Lawrence said hotel operators need more than access to data; they need confidence in it.
“Stonebridge is taking a forward-looking approach by standardizing on a platform that brings together financial and operational data, reduces manual work and supports faster decision-making across the organization,” he said.
By consolidating data and workflows into one platform, Stonebridge aims to improve visibility and reduce manual effort across property and corporate teams, the statement said. Denver-based Stonebridge, founded by Navin Dimond, is led by CEO Rob Smith.
Stonebridge recently named Skip Adams vice president of F&B.
