The property is expected to open by December and will be Radisson Hotel Group’s eighth hotel in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, the company said in a statement.
The hotel is being developed through a conversion and renovation of an existing property, making it a quicker route to market than a new build. It is four minutes from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport and is close to commercial hubs including Andheri MIDC, SEEPZ, Bandra Kurla Complex and Jio World Convention Centre.
It will also feature more than 1,000 square meters of meeting and event space, including a ballroom, banquet halls and meeting rooms. It is expected to serve corporate travelers, transit guests, airline crews and event-related demand.

Ayon Bhattacharya, Lateral Hospitality's chief operating officer, said the company is pleased to partner with RHG to bring the Radisson RED brand to the Mumbai market.

RHG signed and opened 160 hotels globally in the first half of 2026, with India remaining a key development market.
