- ONE Atmosphere expansion of serviced apartments.
- India extended-stay sector valued at over $1.6 billion in 2024.
- Brand projects average stay durations of five nights.
The brand operates on a serviced apartment model that combines residential-style accommodation with hotel services such as daily housekeeping and breakfast, according to the company.
ONE Atmosphere is the fourth brand under Atmosphere Core and serves business professionals, families, expatriates and wellness travelers. Each unit includes a kitchen, living area and a dedicated workspace. The brand expects stays of five nights or more, along with rising demand from shorter stays.
"The shift in the market is clear. Guests want a full hotel experience delivered into an apartment where they can actually live for the duration of their stay,” said Sandeep Ahuja, ONE Atmosphere, managing director. “This investment allows us to bring that experience to more cities, more markets and the many more guests who deserve a stay designed around them.”
India’s extended-stay hospitality sector was valued at over $1.6 billion in 2024 and is expected to grow at more than 15 percent CAGR through 2030, the company said.
About 60 percent of ONE Atmosphere’s inventory is expected to come from corporate partnerships and bulk room-night agreements, with demand driven mainly by relocating professionals and expatriates. The brand operates on an asset-light model through management and lease agreements with developers and property owners.
Separately, Dusit International and Atmosphere will develop the 30-key Dusit Princess Rishikesh in Uttarakhand, with opening planned for 2031.
