OLIVE HOSPITALITY OPENED four hotels, adding 165 operational keys to its portfolio. The new properties are in Hyderabad in Telangana, Gurugram in Haryana, Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh and Bengaluru in Karnataka.

The company now has 67 operating hotels with 2,599 keys. Its pipeline includes 142 properties with 5,641 keys in 24 cities, Olive said in a statement.

"These openings represent another important milestone in our journey and reflect the commitment of our team, our owners and our partners,” said Kahraman Yigit, Olive’s cofounder and CEO. “Following the successful launch of India's first Spark by Hilton hotels earlier this year, it's encouraging to see our multi-brand platform continue to execute in different markets and customer segments.”

The Gurugram opening is the largest of the four and marks Olive’s first property in North India. The hotel is near Golf Course Extension Road and Cyber City. It also supports Olive’s planned expansion in the Delhi NCR region.

The other openings include Olive Hi-Tech City in Hyderabad’s technology corridor, with access to HITEC City, Madhapur, Gachibowli and the Financial District. Olive JP Nagar is in Bengaluru, near the Bannerghatta Road business corridor and metro links. Olive Visakhapatnam marks the company’s entry into Andhra Pradesh.

Yigit said the Gurugram opening marks Olive’s entry into North India and supports its expansion in key business markets.

Separately, Olive plans to develop 2,000 branded hotel keys in four Andhra Pradesh cities.
