The property is along National Highway 48, with access to Delhi, Gurugram, Noida and Faridabad. The area includes auto-component manufacturers, warehouses, logistics parks and commercial developments. The region’s business activity and transport links support business and leisure travel, ITC Hotels said in a statement.
It will offer a restaurant, bar, lounge, recreational areas, more than 18,000 square-feet of indoor banquet space and 22,000 square-feet of outdoor event space.

Sushil Singh Chauhan, Green Path Prop Mart’s partner, said the hotel would serve business and leisure travelers and support growth in the National Capital Region.
ITC Hotels recently signed a management agreement for the 227-key Mementos resort in Karjat, Maharashtra.
