- ITC signs Fortune Hotels in two states.
- Fortune Park Mantralayam to be first.
- Fortune Park Saharanpur to open in December.
The signings expand Fortune Hotels into two markets, with demand driven by business and pilgrimage tourism, ITC said in a statement.
"Saharanpur and Mantralayam represent unique and growing destinations that align with our aim to offer dependable, contemporary hospitality in spiritual and business cohorts,” said Anil Chadha, ITC managing director. “With these thoughtfully planned alliances, we are poised to elevate the stay experience for travellers while expanding our presence pan-India.”
Fortune Park Saharanpur is a brownfield project with 60 rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, green lawns and banquet spaces. It is expected to open in Dec. and will serve business and leisure travelers in the city.
Fortune Park Mantralayam will be the first branded hotel in the town, a major pilgrimage destination in Andhra Pradesh. It is expected to open in the last quarter of fiscal year 2026-27 with 79 rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, banquet facilities and other amenities for pilgrims, families and other visitors.
Separately, ITC recently agreed to acquire GHK Hospitality and Infrastructures Ltd., which owns the Welcomhotel Ahmedabad.
