Vision Breaks Ground on Dual Brand in Chattanooga

Vision Hospitality Group recently broke ground on a 150-key Hilton dual-brand property in Lookout Valley, Chattanooga, Tennessee.

VISION HOSPITALITY GROUP Inc. recently broke ground on a dual-branded 82-key Home2 Suites and 68-key Tru, both Hilton brands, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Construction is underway, with opening targeted for fall 2026.

Tennessee-based Vision is led by founder and CEO Mitch Patel.

The project combines all-suite and select-service models to serve both extended-stay and transient guests, Vision said in a statement. The 150-room hotel, with direct access to Interstate 24, is near downtown Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain and will be part of a planned 10-acre mixed-use development by Vision, the statement said.

“This dual-branded property represents our continued commitment to development in markets we know,” said Patel. “We’re proud to contribute to the growth of the Lookout Valley community.”

The hotel will include an outdoor aquatic area with a freeform pool, in-water sun shelf, water features and slide, Vision said. The space will also include a poolside bar, lounge seating, grilling stations and fire pits. Inside, there will be a lobby bar with a gaming area and a fitness center.

Vision recently held a topping out for its 161-room Tempo by Hilton in Nashville/Midtown, marking the completion of a construction phase.
