TAMBOURINE AND HYATT Hotels Corp. launched the Hyatt Wedding Guide, a digital wedding planning and menu tool covering the process from initial inquiry to wedding day. The platform includes culturally tailored templates for Indian and Southeast Asian ceremonies.
The solution centralizes wedding information into a repository that includes ceremony and reception options, vendor lists and accommodations, the companies said in a statement. The guide enables Hyatt wedding specialists and couples to collaborate.
Based on Hyatt’s Event Experience Guide, the Hyatt Wedding Guide lets properties present offerings in a branded format.
“At Tambourine, our goal is to empower hotels with technology that is as sophisticated as the experiences they provide,” said Jeff Spaccio, Tambourine’s executive vice president for global hotel brands. “The Hyatt Wedding Guide combines design with functionality to help Hyatt teams build stronger connections with couples during key decision-making moments.”
The guide improves menu management by providing an interactive way to present food and beverage packages for receptions, brunches and welcome dinners, the statement said. It supports brand consistency through templates aligned with each Hyatt brand identity and adds vendor spotlights and planner support.
Chris Finelli, Hyatt’s vice president of sales and marketing, said Hyatt is committed to listening to customers and delivering tools that make their work easier.
“By centralizing resources into a single digital experience, the Hyatt Wedding Guide allows wedding specialists to focus on creating authentic celebrations that reflect each couple’s story,” he said.
Separately, Adam Rohman was recently named head of the Americas at Hyatt Hotels Corp, effective July 1, succeeding Pete Sears.
