- RHG launched extended-stay program, Long Stays.
- It connects hotels with apartment units.
- It targets relocation firms, corporate buyers.
Long Stays offers standardized booking conditions, commercial terms and a consistent experience for long stays, RHG said in a statement.
“Long Stays by Radisson Hotels gives our partners a simpler and more competitive way to access this growing market,” said Gianni Di Fede, RHG chief commercial officer. “By combining structured commercial terms with a consistent guest experience, we’re making it easier to win and service long-stay business at scale while strengthening customer loyalty.”
The proposition is designed for business-to-business partners, including relocation companies, travel management companies and corporate travel buyers, the statement said. It provides dedicated long-stay rates, standardized booking conditions and aligned commission structures across participating hotels, removing the need for individual agreements.
Guests booking through corporate agreements or long-stay channels will receive a consistent experience across participating hotels. The program includes dedicated hotel contacts, personalized pre-arrival planning and amenities for longer stays, while simplifying booking, management and the guest experience.
The launch reflects changing travel patterns as companies seek accommodation for international assignments, infrastructure projects, consulting engagements, healthcare placements and workforce mobility, RHG said. The program supports corporate procurement and long-term accommodation through a single commercial proposition.
Structured commercial model
The program features tiered pricing based on length of stay, the statement said. It also offers standardized booking conditions and partner commission structures to improve transparency and speed response times for booking agents and corporate clients.
Eligible bookers and planners will receive an additional 20 percent Radisson Rewards points incentive on qualifying long-stay bookings. The program integrates with existing distribution channels, including global distribution systems and corporate agreements, allowing partners to book through existing procurement and travel management processes.
The proposition is backed by demand for extended-stay accommodation across key markets in EMEA and APAC. These include Dubai, Riyadh, Zurich and Amsterdam, where the program aims to increase average length of stay and improve long-term booking conversion.
The initiative aims to strengthen corporate partnerships and support revenue optimization across participating hotels, the statement said. The program is now available across participating RHG properties.
RHG signed and opened 160 hotels with more than 22,000 keys in the first half of 2026. India remained a key development market for RHG.
