Radhakrishnan is TPG's commercial strategy EVP

TPG Hotels & Resorts named Prashanth Radhakrishnan executive vice president of commercial strategy.

Prashanth Radhakrishnan is now executive vice president of commercial strategy at TPG Hotels & Resorts. He will oversee commercial strategy across revenue management, sales, digital commerce, distribution and business analytics to drive revenue growth across the portfolio.

Most recently, Radhakrishnan was global vice president of commercial and luxury intelligence at Marriott International, leading the company's analytical and commercial intelligence strategy for its global hotel portfolio, TPG said in a statement. He also served as vice president of revenue strategy for Marriott Asia Pacific, leading commercial strategy for more than 900 hotels across 22 countries.

Radhakrishnan previously served in commercial leadership roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Taj Hotels, the statement said. He has led commercial teams, developed data-driven strategies and improved revenue performance across markets and hotel segments.

Dallas-based TPG includes more than 650 branded and independent hotels and marinas, comprising more than 68,000 guestrooms across 42 states. In 2025, Verge Management LLC selected TPG to manage five Marriott-branded select-service hotels in Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas.
