The 37-acre waterfront development is outside the city, with access to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport and Hyderabad city center. It will have restaurants, a lounge, bar, fitness center, outdoor pool, kids’ club, ballroom and meeting rooms.
"Anantara resort reflects our belief that hospitality should be led by nature and its surroundings,” said Shashider Reddy Munugala, Ashya Group founder and chairman. “Every element of this development, from the stone to the setting on the banks of a reservoir, is designed to draw guests closer to the culture and landscape of Telangana.”
William Heinecke, Minor International chairman and founder, said the project’s waterfront setting and design vision will help create an immersive experience.
The resort joins Minor’s growing pipeline in India, which includes Anantara Zanti Coorg Resort, Anantara Kolkata Hotel and Avani+ Sunray Beach Visakhapatnam Resort.
Separately, Minor posted a 2 percent increase in core profit to $84.3 million in the second quarter of 2026, supported by growth in Europe and the Americas.
