Her leadership in creating and rolling out the company’s global quality assurance program, by utilizing the Americas model as a best practice, was instrumental in maintaining consistent brand standards worldwide.
Another significant contribution Kruti made in this role was her involvement in the creation and design of a life-cycle platform for hospitality. This innovative platform allowed Hyatt to connect with hotels, management companies, and owners, fostering stronger relationships and improving operational efficiency.
Kruti has been a vocal champion in fostering diversity and inclusion within Hyatt, exemplified by her involvement with the Hyatt Asian Pacific Islanders Diversity Business Resource Group. The colleague-led DBRGs, with chapters around the globe, support workforce diversity and foster inclusive environments.
Serving as co-chair from January 2016 to January 2020, Kruti played a key role in planning, organizing, and building awareness of the Asian-Pacific Islanders through educational and cultural events. Her efforts contributed to building a more inclusive and diverse culture at Hyatt, reflecting the company’s commitment to valuing and embracing the different backgrounds and viewpoints of its workforce.
