CoStar: Hotel metrics rise WoW, YoY through June 6

Occupancy rose to 67.9 percent for the week ended June 6, according to CoStar. ADR increased to $168.43, while RevPAR climbed to $114.30.

U.S. HOTEL PERFORMANCE improved in the week ended June 6, with gains from both the previous week and a year earlier, according to CoStar. RevPAR rose year over year in 21 of the top 25 markets.

Occupancy rose to 67.9 percent for the week ended June 6 from 62.2 percent the previous week and was up 1.3 percentage points year over year. ADR increased to $168.43 from $158.53 week over week and rose 4 percent year over year. RevPAR climbed to $114.30 from $98.59 and was up 5.3 percent from the same week in 2025.


Among the top 25 markets, Philadelphia posted the largest occupancy gain, up 9.8 percent to 75.3 percent. Chicago led ADR growth, up 14.5 percent to $237.53 and RevPAR growth, up 23.9 percent to $198.21, aided by the U.S. Men's National Team World Cup send-off match.

Despite hosting CMA Fest, Nashville posted the steepest RevPAR decline, down 7.5 percent to $138.99.
