HILTON WORLDWIDE HOLDINGS and ResortPass will continue to expand day access to Hilton's resort and wellness amenities across the Americas for three years. Locals and travelers will have access to pools, spas, fitness centers, private cabanas and resort experiences.
Hilton expanded its offerings in response to changing traveler and consumer preferences, the company said in a statement. Growing demand for spa and wellness offerings prompted Hilton properties to expand their day-use wellness programs.
“Hilton has long been a leader in spa and wellness innovation,” said Jessica Shea, Hilton’s vice president for wellness, retail and leisure operations for the Americas. “The success of our ResortPass partnership has encouraged us to expand our offerings and accelerate how we approach wellness across our portfolio. We can now connect our properties more meaningfully to the communities around them, offering flexible access to world-class wellness experiences.”
Hilton and ResortPass also launched the Off Hours Event Series, which turns underused pool hours into ticketed events, the companies said. The series will debut at Hilton Orlando in Orlando, Florida, followed by other Florida properties, including Hilton West Palm Beach in West Palm Beach; Beach House Fort Lauderdale in Fort Lauderdale; Hilton Tampa Downtown in Tampa; and Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood. The events feature DJs, local vendors and food and beverage service for hotel guests and locals.
Michael Wolf, ResortPass CEO, said the companies are setting a new standard for hospitality by expanding well-being offerings beyond the traditional hotel stay.
“The expansion of this partnership reflects a shared commitment to redefining how people rest and recharge,” he said.
Beyond Off Hours, participating Hilton properties offer day experiences with access to resort pools, dining and spa treatments, the companies said.
At Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead, day guests can access the indoor 60-foot saline lap pool, whirlpool, saunas, steam rooms and poolside F&B service. They can also access HydraFacial treatments, floating sound bath therapy and yoga classes. At Hilton Orlando, families can use the 892-foot lazy river and Splash Pad, while adults have access to a separate pool, whirlpool and private cabanas. Guests and locals can also access the Topgolf Swing Suite, HydraFacial treatments and couples massages.
Separately, Hilton reported progress toward its 2030 environmental and social impact goals, reducing carbon emissions, water use and waste across its hotel portfolio. The company also expanded its social impact through employee initiatives in the communities it serves.
