The deal covers hotel management, while ownership of the properties will remain unchanged, HHM said in a statement. The hotels joining HHM’s managed portfolio include The Dalmar in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Moxy St. Petersburg Downtown in St. Petersburg, Florida and Hilton Philadelphia City Avenue in Philadelphia.

Jake Wurzak, Wurzak co-CEO, said his family and he have known HHM for more than 30 years, making the partnership a natural fit.

In June, HHM appointed Tuli and Dani Elhachem as managing partners while they continued as chief investment officer and chief operating officer.
