- Elan, Marriott sign JW Marriott deal.

The development is in Sector 106 along Dwarka Expressway, with connectivity to Delhi, Indira Gandhi International Airport and Gurugram’s key business and commercial districts. The township will include residences, a hotel, retail, entertainment, wellness and lifestyle facilities, ELAN said in a statement.
Elan will construct and develop the hotel, while Marriott Hotels India will manage the hotel and residences once completed. The residences will include 3- to 5-bedroom homes registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority.

Rajeev Menon, Marriott president, Asia Pacific excluding China, said the signing marked a milestone in Marriott’s expansion in the luxury market.
“Our licensing and management collaboration with Elan reflects a shared commitment to create an extraordinary destination," Menon said.
Separately, Hiranandani Communities and The Fern Hotels & Resorts signed The Fern Habitat Alibaug, Series by Marriott, a 150-key project in Maharashtra.
