- Accor, IndiGo launch reciprocal loyalty points exchange program.
- Members can earn and redeem across flights and hotel stays.
- The partnership covers more than 140 IndiGo destinations.
The tie-up is described as the first of its kind between an airline and a hospitality brand in India, Accor said in a statement. It targets frequent travelers across metro cities and tier-one and tier-two markets in India, where travel demand continues to grow
Under the arrangement, BluChip members can convert their points into ALL Accor Reward Points and use them across Accor's global hotel network. ALL Accor members can do the reverse, converting hotel reward points into BluChips for use on IndiGo flights.
“By enabling reciprocal conversion between IndiGo BluChip and ALL Accor, we are expanding the ecosystem of benefits available to our members, allowing them to enjoy greater freedom across both air travel and hospitality,” said Neetan Chopra, IndiGo chief digital and information officer.
The partnership combines IndiGo’s network of more than 140 destinations in India and abroad with ALL Accor’s portfolio of more than 45 hotel brands. It will also allow members to use points for dining, upgrades and other lifestyle benefits.
Ranju Alex, Accor’s South Asia CEO, said the partnership reflects a shared goal of creating a connected travel experience.
“This integrated loyalty ecosystem will unlock greater value, personalization and flexibility, empowering guests to move seamlessly across journeys while deepening their connection with both brands,” she said.
Separately, Accor signed Novotel Lucknow Convention Centre, a 160-key hotel in Lucknow, India, which is scheduled to open in 2031.
