He previously served as executive vice president of finance and investor relations at Ventive Hospitality Ltd., where he worked on financial strategy, KHIL said. Before that, he was chief financial officer at Chalet Hotels Ltd., where he focused on financial performance and shareholder value.
Wadekar’s experience includes financial strategy, business planning, mergers and amalgamations. His work also covered risk management, treasury, taxation and investor relations.
