SARACA HOTELS & RESORTS will develop two Hyatt-branded hotels in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Its two existing properties will join the Unscripted by Hyatt, marking the brand's debut in the Indian market.

The four properties include Saraca Hotel Lucknow and Saraca Resort & Spa Corbett, which will join the Unscripted by Hyatt brand, along with Hyatt Place Jim Corbett Mohaan and a Destination by Hyatt resort, both planned near Jim Corbett National Park.

“India remains one of Hyatt’s most important growth markets, with strong opportunities in destinations offering cultural connections and distinctive experiences,” said Vikas Chawla, Hyatt’s president for India and Southwest Asia. “Lucknow’s heritage and culinary traditions and Corbett’s natural beauty reflect the range of experiences travelers seek today.”

The 41-key Saraca Hotel Lucknow is on Mall Avenue, while the 44-key Saraca Resort spans nine acres on the edge of the Corbett Tiger Reserve and offers wellness facilities and dining venues.

The planned 70-key Hyatt Place Jim Corbett Mohaan will offer dining venues, meeting spaces, a fitness center and recreational facilities, catering to both business and leisure travelers. The Destination by Hyatt resort will span about 20 acres and offer 111 accommodations, including villas, suites and residences, along with dining venues, wellness facilities, recreational activities and event spaces.

Separately, Brigade Group will develop two Hyatt Regency hotels with a total of 600 rooms in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
