Jungle Home Resort Tadoba opened near the Kolara Gate of Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve in Maharashtra, India. It is Radisson Hotel Group’s first resort within a forest reserve in the country.

The resort is part of the Radisson Individuals Retreats collection and is in Village Kolara, Tehsil Chimur, District Chandrapur, with Nagpur as the nearest major city.

The resort has eight suites with private jacuzzis, two villas with three cottages each, and 10 premium suites. Facilities include a spa, swimming pool, gardens and activities such as guided jungle safaris, birdwatching and nature walks, RHG said in a statement.

“The opening of Jungle Home Resort marks our first resort within a forest reserve in India and expands our presence in emerging leisure destinations, offering travelers hospitality in a natural setting,” said Nikhil Sharma, RHG managing director and chief operating officer for South Asia.

Separately, RHG added 176 keys in Gujarat with the openings of Radisson Resort & Spa Sasan Gir and Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Rajkot.
