- Kings Luxury Resorts planning Rajasthan Pullman.
- It will be near Maharana Pratap Airport.
- Hotel to open in 2031.
The five-acre project will be part of the Maharana Pratap Airport corridor, with access to the airport, Udaipur’s city center and commercial areas including Sukher, Kaladwas and Madri, Accor Ltd. said in a statement.
The hotel will feature rooms averaging about 36 square meters, food and beverage venues, a swimming pool, spa, fitness center and about 1,000 square meters of meeting and event space.
"Udaipur is an important market for Accor, with its strong appeal as a destination for weddings and leisure travel," said Ranju Alex, Accor’s South Asia CEO. "The addition of Pullman marks our first premium hotel in the city and strengthens our presence in this high-potential market."
Tikam Singh Rao, Kings Luxury Resorts principal owner, said Udaipur is an established market for high-end leisure, destination weddings and celebrations, with potential for premium hotels.
“Pullman’s focus on business and leisure travelers makes it a fit for the project,” Rao said.
The hotel adds to the Rao family’s hospitality portfolio in Udaipur, whose business interests span infrastructure, transportation, engineering and mining contracting, the statement said.
