PEACHTREE GROUP EXPANDED its Delaware Statutory Trust platform with two acquisitions offering 1031 exchange-eligible investments to accredited investors. The deals bring the total value of its DST offerings to about $525 million.
The two acquisitions are PG Cape Canaveral DST, anchored by the Holiday Inn Express Cape Canaveral in Florida, and PG St. Louis Industrial DST, an industrial facility in the St. Louis metropolitan area leased to Cummins Inc., Peachtree said in a statement. The acquisitions are its 14th and 15th DST offerings since the platform launched in 2022.
“Our investors are looking for more than tax efficiency and want access to high-quality real estate with durable income potential and professional management,” said Greg Friedman, Peachtree managing principal and CEO. “Our DST platform has been built to deliver institutional-quality investments across sectors where we have deep operating and investment expertise, giving investors access to opportunities that are often difficult to source on their own.”
PG Cape Canaveral DST is anchored by the 150-room Holiday Inn Express Cape Canaveral, located across from Port Canaveral. The property draws lodging demand from Port Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral Space Force Station and Space Coast leisure destinations.
Tim Witt, Peachtree president of 1031 Exchange and DST Products, said the company continues to expand its DST platform with investments that meet the underwriting standards it applies across its real estate business.
“By maintaining a disciplined approach to asset selection across multiple property sectors, we’re building a broader pipeline of institutional-quality opportunities that help investors achieve their long-term investment objectives,” he said.
Atlanta-based Peachtree is led by Friedman, Principal and CFO Jatin Desai, and Principal Mitul Patel. Its capabilities include credit, equity, development, asset management and property management.
Mountain Dell Consulting ranks Peachtree No. 7 among 1031 exchange sponsors based on 2026 year-to-date capital raised.
Separately, Peachtree was named to the 2025 Inc. 5000 for the fourth consecutive year, ranking 3,831st with three-year revenue growth of about 67 percent.
