Matt Noland is now director of capital markets at Noble Investment Group. He will focus on asset realizations and debt origination and management across the company’s portfolio.

Noland was with Peachtree Group, where he managed the portfolio and executed hospitality investment transactions, including hotel acquisitions and dispositions, Noble said in a statement.

Earlier in his career, Noland was on JLL’s debt capital markets team, where he supported nearly $1 billion in debt and equity placements for acquisitions, refinancings and ground-up developments, the statement said. He also held credit and investment banking roles at Truist Securities and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.

“Matt has raised debt, managed assets and executed dispositions—the full arc of a hold period,” said Adi Bhoopathy, Noble managing principal and head of capital markets. “That combination strengthens how we structure capital at entry, manage risk through the cycle and realize value at exit.”

Atlanta-based Noble is led by CEO Mit Shah.

Noland said Noble has built a platform with operating capabilities behind its assets.

“I look forward to helping shape capital strategy for a portfolio of this scale, alongside a team that has invested through multiple cycles,” he said.

Separately, Noble named Stephen Paul senior director of data, technology and innovation.
