MEWS LAUNCHED MEWS Business Intelligence, an analytics and AI insights product for hotels. The platform analyses data to identify trends.
It also uses AI to translate property and portfolio metrics into plain language to support decision making, Mews said in a statement. With dashboards and scheduled reports, hotels can track revenue, occupancy and bookings across their portfolio.
Mews is an Amsterdam-based hospitality technology company that provides cloud-based property management software for hotels.
“Customers are looking for solutions that they can trust,” said Pepa Starýchfojtů, Mews CPTO. “With Mews BI, we’re giving hoteliers a platform to turn their data into insights—helping them make decisions.”
The Adara Hotel in Whistler, British Columbia, used the platform to analyze occupancy and ADR by room type, the statement said. The hotel reported a 20 percent increase in two-bedroom suite occupancy and a threefold increase in winter revenue from one-bedroom suites.
Rhys Davies, general manager of the Adara Hotel, said the property had data before, but it was manual and limited to basic metrics such as ADR and date.
The platform features dashboards with a drag-and-drop interface to track KPIs across properties, portfolios, teams and stakeholders, Mews said. Dashboards and reports can be scheduled for delivery. It also integrates internal hotel data with external sources such as OTAs and Google Ads to provide a unified view of performance.
In February, AAHOA selected Mews as its property management system. The partnership gives members access to pricing, onboarding support, tools to operate with smaller teams and a revenue management solution.
