- LTHL planning Keys Select in Uttar Pradesh.
- It will be near Bareilly Airport.
- LTHL already has eight hotels in the state.
The hotel will feature a restaurant, a banquet and conference hall, a fitness center and public spaces. It will be near Bareilly Airport and Bareilly Junction Railway Station, providing access for domestic travelers, LTHL said in a statement.
“The signing of Keys Select in Bareilly reflects our strategy of expanding into high-potential regional markets where we see sustained demand from business and transit travelers,” said Kapil Sharma, LTHL executive director and CFO. “Through an asset-light approach, we are able to scale our presence across Uttar Pradesh in a capital-efficient manner while strengthening our long-term value creation.”
Bareilly is a major urban center, with growing industrial activity, traditional manufacturing and an important role as a transport hub for the Rohilkhand region. Its major highways connect the city with nearby areas and bring business executives, transit travelers and visitors attending events. This activity supports demand for branded hotels that offer modern facilities and value for money, the statement said.
Separately, LTHL recently opened the 33-key Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels in Moga, Punjab.
