MY PLACE HOTELS of America signed a franchise deal with Indus Empire Investment to open a My Place hotel in Westminster, Colorado. It will be the brand’s third location in the state, following openings in Colorado Springs and Loveland.
The four-story, 71-key property will be managed by Legacy Management and is expected to open in late 2027, My Place Hotels said in a statement. It will include the My Place Business Suite, a 470-square-foot room for business travelers or small families.
“What attracted us to My Place is their people-first mentality and a culture rooted in relationships,” said Rahim Baloch, Indus Empire Investment’s member. “They’ve built a reputation for delivering value to franchisees by understanding what today’s guests need. That approach, along with their position in the extended-stay segment, made this the right partnership for us.”
Westminster lies between Colorado Springs and Loveland and is projected to grow, the company said. The area offers retail, entertainment, corporate and outdoor demand and is near Denver International Airport. Its access to Denver’s urban core and tech hub attracts leisure and business travelers.
Eric Myers, vice president of franchise and development at My Place Hotels, said the company welcomes the Indus team.
“At My Place, everything starts with alignment between our leadership team and our franchisees,” Myers said. “That mindset guides how we support our owners. We look forward to working with the Indus team and expanding the partnership.”
My Place Hotels, an extended-stay franchisor based in Aberdeen, South Dakota, operates in 31 states and has more than 120 hotels in development.
Separately, Mataji LLC opened My Place Hotel—Jonesboro in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
