Hyatt Studios Jacksonville/St. Johns Town Center is open in Jacksonville, Florida. The property is owned by 3H Group and managed by LBA Hospitality.

The hotel is near St. Johns Town Center, Jacksonville’s beaches and the University of North Florida, 3H said in a statement. It features a market, about 600 square feet of meeting space, an outdoor patio with firepit and grill, self-service laundry and a fitness studio.

Chattanooga, Tennessee-based 3H Group is led by President and CEO Hiren Desai, and Dothan, Alabama-based LBA Hospitality is led by President Beau Benton.

“Jacksonville continues to be an important and growing market and we’re proud to open another Hyatt Studios property in a location that supports a range of travel needs,” said Benton. “This hotel reflects the strength of our partnership with 3H Group and our focus on delivering well-positioned, high-quality hotels for today’s traveler.”

It is the third Hyatt Studios location developed by 3H Group and operated by LBA, extending their collaboration in the extended-stay segment. LBA Hospitality and 3H Group developed the first two Hyatt Studios locations, Hyatt Studios Huntsville and Hyatt Studios Mobile/Tillmans Corner.

In March, 3H and Dallas Lodging Associates LLC secured financing for the 337-room Renaissance Dallas North Hotel in the Las Colinas district of Irving, Texas.
