HOTEL EQUITIES WILL operate the newly built, 104-room Home2 Suites by Hilton Little Rock West Chenal Parkway in Little Rock, Arkansas. Pinnacle Hotel Group developed the property, which is owned by McCain Lodging.
The hotel is across from the Promenade at Chenal and near the area’s financial and medical community, Pinnacle said in a statement. Little Rock’s west side is seeing investment in healthcare, finance and retail, supporting demand from business and leisure travelers.
“Little Rock’s west side has outpaced its hotel supply for years, emerging as one of the city’s fastest-growing areas,” said Chet Patel, principal of Pinnacle Hotel Group.
Alpharetta, Georgia-based HE is led by CEO Ben Rafter, while PHG is led by principals Chet Patel, Rocky Govind, Shawn Govind and Nayan Nagin.
Greg O’Stean, HE’s chief development officer, said Home2 Suites is among the fastest-growing focused-service hotel brands.
“Our partnership with Pinnacle Hotel Group and McCain Lodging shows what’s possible when an experienced developer and owner align with the right brand and operator,” he said.
HE operates more than a dozen Home2 Suites properties. In May 2025, HE began working with Arkansas-based Pinnacle Hotel Group to integrate its Marriott, Hilton and IHG properties and development pipeline into HE’s management platform.
