@HOME BY BEST Western McDonough is now open in McDonough, Georgia. The five-story, 128-key hotel was developed by Apsilon Hotels.
The hotel is near Historic Downtown McDonough, Heritage Park and Atlanta Motor Speedway, BWH Hotels said in a statement. It also provides access to commerce centers along the I-75 corridor, more than 80 million square feet of industrial and distribution facilities and Norfolk Southern's corporate training facility.
It serves business and leisure travelers seeking extended stays.
"Selecting McDonough for this project was a strategic choice driven by the area's robust economic growth along the I-75 corridor and strong demand from business, logistics and long-term travelers,” said Raj Patel, Apsilon Hotels' CEO.
The hotel is the brand's second U.S. location, following its debut in St. George, Utah.
The property includes community areas, a lobby market, a fitness center, guest laundry facilities and storage closets. It also offers free parking, wide spaces for trucks and RVs, EV charging and pet-friendly accommodations.
Apsilon is developing a second @HOME property in Fairburn, Georgia, which is scheduled to open in 2027. The company also opened an @HOME property in Ontario, Canada. Its extended-stay pipeline is projected to reach 34 hotels and 2,791 rooms by the end of 2026.
Separately, BWH launched a worldwide sales division to drive corporate business across its upscale and luxury hotels. The branch went live June 1 following an internal rollout in May.
