HILTON WORLDWIDE HOLDINGS topped the “No. 1 Best Workplace for Women in the U.S.” list by Fortune and Great Place to Work for the eighth consecutive year. It also marked its 11th straight year on the list.

Over the past year, Hilton was named a “Best Workplace for Women” in 20 other countries and regions. It ranked first in Argentina, Colombia, France, Germany, Japan, Uruguay and the Middle East, Hilton said in a statement.

“This recognition reflects the culture our team members build every day, where women can speak up, take on leadership roles and strengthen Hilton and our communities,” said Laura Fuentes, Hilton’s chief human resources officer and head of Hilton Supply Management.

Hilton has four programs for employee support. Wellthy helps team members arrange care for children, aging parents and other loved ones. Since its launch, the program has saved about 44,000 hours of caregiving-related work.

Progyny provides fertility and family-building support, including guidance on IVF, surrogacy and infertility care. Bloom offers virtual pelvic physical therapy for pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause and other life stages.

BetterUp Coaching offers human and AI-powered coaching focused on leadership skills, career changes and professional goals.

Hilton reported a 5.8 percent increase in third-quarter system-wide comparable RevPAR and raised its full-year growth forecast to 4 to 4.5 percent.
