Who acquired the Hilton Garden Inn Louisville East?

HBS INVESTMENT GROUP, owner of HBS Hospitality, recently acquired the 122-key Hilton Garden Inn Louisville East in Louisville, Kentucky, from an institutional seller, according to Hunter Hotel Advisors. HBS is led by Principal and CEO Nimish Patel.

Hunter’s Tim Osborne, senior vice president, facilitated the transaction.


“We are long-term Louisville investors, and this acquisition complements our local portfolio,” said Patel. “We enjoyed working with Hunter and the seller to complete the transaction.”

The hotel is near the University of Louisville, Kentucky Exposition Center, and Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory. Louisville draws visitors to Museum Row, Fourth Street Live!, and Bourbon tours. Churchill Downs hosts the Kentucky Derby, attracting 150,000 visitors annually and boosting hotel demand. Amenities include a fitness center and indoor pool.

Vrindavan LLC acquired the 48-room SureStay by Best Western Bardstown General Nelson in Bardstown, KY, from Dhamdhani LLC.
