- Fern Hotels signs 117-key property in Ahmedabad.

The property is scheduled to open in 2029. The signing takes The Fern’s total operational and upcoming properties in Gujarat to 42, the company said in a statement.
The property will cater to both business and leisure travelers. It will include a conference room and banquet hall for corporate and social events, along with an all-day dining restaurant and a cafe.
The Fern has sustainability practices across its India portfolio and the Ahmedabad property is intended to follow a similar approach.

"The signing of Opal The Fern Ahmedabad, Karai, Series by Marriott reflects our commitment to expanding in high-potential destinations while offering guests quality hospitality experiences."
